SUMMARY:CyberSecurity Synchronous Courses - CYBERPROTRAIN
DESCRIPTION:The CyberPro Train project\, funded under the Digital Europe Programme (DIGITAL)\, addresses the critical cybersecurity skills shortage in the European Union by developing an innovative\, scalable education and training model tailored for professionals in SMEs and public administrations.\n\nIt aims to bridge the cybersecurity skills gap through specialized training programs that combine both theoretical and practical knowledge\, in alignment with the EU’s Digital Europe Programme objectives. The project supports key EU cybersecurity directives\, such as the NIS2 Directive and Cyber Resilience Act\, and is designed to prepare a new generation of cybersecurity professionals to protect critical infrastructures and respond effectively to cybersecurity threats.\n\n\n\n\n\n\nWP3\, led by TIM\, focuses on the development and delivery of training courses in cybersecurity across three EU countries: Italy\, Spain\, and Greece. The primary objectives include planning and implementing both synchronous and asynchronous courses\, defining certification standards\, and managing the course delivery platform. \nThe most important activities involve the detailed planning of synchronous courses\, ensuring the involvement of experienced trainers\, and customizing the online learning environment to support diverse course formats. Additionally\, the WP emphasizes the translation of training materials and courses into ten EU languages to enhance accessibility. SUMMARY:Workshop on gender equality and workplace reintegration
DESCRIPTION:Innovation Hive will participate in the 16th Panhellenic Celebration of Breastfeeding and Motherhood\, organised by the Panhellenic Network of Volunteer Groups for Breastfeeding and Motherhood Support\, taking place at the Central Square of Larissa. This annual event brings together families\, healthcare professionals\, educators\, and experts to share knowledge and raise awareness about maternal well-being. \nAs part of this celebration\, Innovation Hive will lead a workshop on gender equality and workplace reintegration\, focusing on the challenges faced by new mothers returning to work after maternity leave and promoting fair and inclusive employment practices. The workshop is implemented within the framework of the Educate for Independence (ED4IND) project\, which empowers NEETs (young people not in education\, employment\, or training) with mild intellectual impairments by fostering autonomy\, confidence\, and social inclusion. \nDuring the event\, Innovation Hive will also distribute a flyer with practical tips for women re-entering the labour market and present a satirical awareness video highlighting examples of discriminatory recruitment practices\, aiming to spark reflection on workplace bias and equality. \nThis action reflects Innovation Hive’s commitment to empowerment\, inclusion\, and equal opportunities\, contributing to a more accessible and inclusive society.
