Innovation Hive will participate in the 16th Panhellenic Celebration of Breastfeeding and Motherhood, organised by the Panhellenic Network of Volunteer Groups for Breastfeeding and Motherhood Support, taking place at the Central Square of Larissa. This annual event brings together families, healthcare professionals, educators, and experts to share knowledge and raise awareness about maternal well-being.

As part of this celebration, Innovation Hive will lead a workshop on gender equality and workplace reintegration, focusing on the challenges faced by new mothers returning to work after maternity leave and promoting fair and inclusive employment practices. The workshop is implemented within the framework of the Educate for Independence (ED4IND) project, which empowers NEETs (young people not in education, employment, or training) with mild intellectual impairments by fostering autonomy, confidence, and social inclusion.

During the event, Innovation Hive will also distribute a flyer with practical tips for women re-entering the labour market and present a satirical awareness video highlighting examples of discriminatory recruitment practices, aiming to spark reflection on workplace bias and equality.
