The project equips youth workers with the skills and tools needed to support migrant women entrepreneurs through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI). It involves a 7-day training which empowers youth workers with the knowledge and skills to use artificial intelligence
(AI) as a tool for supporting migrant women entrepreneurs. The project aims to:
-Equip youth workers with AI-driven tools that they can use to assist young migrant women in starting and growing their own
businesses.
-Provide youth workers with mentorship techniques tailored to the socio-economic challenges faced by migrant women.
-Develop a comprehensive toolkit that focuses on integrating AI into social entrepreneurship, specifically for migrant women
entrepreneurs.
-Foster the digital and entrepreneurial skills of youth workers, enabling them to innovate in their work and support diverse
groups.
-Promote intercultural exchange and foster social inclusion through cultural and professional collaboration among youth
workers from different countries.
