DigiWell

The DigiWell project focuses on addressing the pressing issue of digital wellbeing in the modern workplace. In an era dominated by technology, it is essential to ensure the physical and mental health of employees. The project introduces the role of the Digital Wellbeing Manager, responsible for creating a conducive digital wellbeing environment in workplaces. With partners from eight countries, the project will develop a cutting-edge Digital Wellbeing qualification VET training model following EQF framework recommendations. This model empowers VET trainers to introduce the Digital Wellbeing Manager profile. DigiWell aims to map the digital wellbeing landscape, create and validate the training model, and offer training to various stakeholders to become proficient Digital Wellbeing Managers. The project strives to enhance the overall health and wellbeing of employees while promoting digital wellbeing across different organizations and enterprises.

Impact

The DigiWell project aims to achieve a widespread impact across various levels and organizations. It focuses on improving project management skills among participating organizations, facilitating networking and transnational cooperation, and transferring valuable experiences and recommendations to enhance staff professionalism through collaborative European efforts. At the local, regional, and national levels, DigiWell intends to create positive impacts by increasing the knowledge and competencies of managers, HR professionals, line managers, CEOs, and C-Suites in managing digital wellbeing. The project also seeks to trigger support for policy development in areas related to digital wellbeing and its inclusion in curriculum and policies. Furthermore, it aims to extend its influence at the European level by collaborating with partners, providing adaptable tools, materials, and fostering an open community of eLearning for educators across Europe. The project’s dissemination strategy aims to raise awareness, deepen understanding, and drive actionable change, ultimately emphasizing the importance of digital wellbeing in the workplace.

Our Role

As partners we are tasked with developing the innovative DigiWell App educational Board Game, a valuable tool aimed at promoting digital wellbeing in the workplace. Additionally, we are taking the lead in organizing the highly anticipated DigiWell event in Greece, which will serve as a platform for the exchange of ideas and knowledge surrounding digital wellbeing. To ensure the effectiveness of our contributions, we are actively engaged in comprehensive desk and field research activities. Through these efforts, we are gathering essential data and conducting in-depth analyses to gain insights into the landscape of digital wellbeing in Greece. Our ultimate goal is to generate meaningful results that will inform and enhance the digital wellbeing landscape within the country.
