Green ELEMENT

The GreenELEMENT project will develop an innovative Green Business Leadership Key Competencies (GBLC) training programme for vocational education and training trainers to support 21st century business leaders in solving sustainability in their enterprises. It will help them develop a “green leadership mindset” and act responsibly in the market and economy, while respecting the environment and society. It will also support VET training policies and institutions in updating their training processes in the context of digitalization and to develop the knowledge, skills, and key competences of SME leaders in green business.

Impact

The projects aims: 1) To support SME leaders in developing a green leadership mindset in order to act responsibly in the market and economy while also respecting the environment and society; 2) To develop, present, and validate the GBLC training program for VET trainers in order to train SME leaders and interested stakeholders; -3) To support VET training policies and institutions in updating their training processes in the context of digitization.

Our Role

Innovation Hive is actively participated in all project results by developing guidelines, conducting surveys and developing innovating material. Also, work pacage 5 which includes as dissemination activities will be InnoHive’s
