Innovation Hive participated in the European project AI WOMEN, an Erasmus+ KA153 initiative aimed at empowering youth workers to support migrant women entrepreneurs through the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
From 7 to 13 September 2025, participants from across Europe gathered in Rome for a 7-day international training course that combined interactive workshops, group activities, and peer learning sessions.
Throughout the training, participants explored:
• The fundamentals and methods of AI in education and entrepreneurship
• The ethical and legal dimensions of AI use
• Mentoring techniques tailored to support migrant women in business
The outcome of this collaborative process is the AI WOMEN Toolkit, a practical, open-access resource designed for youth workers and organisations interested in applying AI to promote social inclusion and entrepreneurial empowerment.
The Toolkit includes:
• An introduction to AI concepts and methods
• Practical applications for youth work and entrepreneurship
• Ethical and legal frameworks
• Mentoring techniques and project design guidelines
The AI WOMEN Toolkit is freely available and aims to inspire and equip youth workers, educators, and organisations to make AI a driver of empowerment, inclusion, and innovation.
