To complement the toolkit, the project presents an In-Service Training Programme. This curriculum provides adult educators, and professionals with a tailored training experience. At the same time the project partners created an E-Learning Platform. This platform hosts project’s valuable resources, divided into units for ease of access and consumption. Here, professionals can find the tools and information they need to enhance their teaching and training methods. The consortium also aims to drive policy changes by producing a Policy Paper. This is a highlight of operational and policy recommendations derived from the analysis of the transnational project’s results.
