Completion of the Digital Training Tool (DTT)

In the context of the MENTAL MOBILE HEALTH project, the implementation of the Digital Training Tool (DTT) has been successfully completed. The DTT marks a milestone in digital platform-based education, designed to support mental health and enhance digital skills. It offers users personalized training and support programs tailored to their needs.

The tool includes the following sections:

1. Training Material
The training material is fully organized, including the Trainer’s Guide. It is divided into modules for easier access and study. Each module covers theoretical and practical topics related to the adoption of mobile health technologies for mental health. Users can follow the material step by step, with the goal of assimilating both fundamental concepts and more specific topics concerning telepsychiatry and self-management of mental health.

2. Self-care Plan
This section is based on the structure of the Self-Care Plan and is designed to help users create and monitor a personalized plan for their mental health and well-being. The Self-Care Plan includes interactive sections where users can access practical mental health advice and download useful files for their personal use. The integrated content provides a practical guide for daily self-care and managing mental health.

3. Mental Health Self-assessment
This section includes a mental health self-assessment tool based on score-scale questions. The questions are organized so that users can evaluate their mental state based on specific criteria and monitor their progress. The self-assessment tool helps users better understand their mental health and identify areas where they may need additional support or care.

With the completion of the DTT, participants now have access to high-quality training material and self-management tools, easily accessible with a click, enhancing their ability to adopt digital solutions for mental health. The program aims to empower individuals with mental health issues by promoting the use of mobile health technologies in their daily lives and improving their quality of life.
