SUDRE empowers young people to counter extremist narratives through the creation of digital content, promoting social inclusion, active citizenship, and intercultural dialogue.
As part of the project, Innovation Hive organised local workshops where young people explored EU values, media literacy, and digital citizenship. Through interactive discussions and brainstorming, they reflected on harmful narratives and how storytelling can challenge stereotypes and encourage understanding.
Building on these exchanges, participants created digital content to share their perspectives. One of these outputs is the blog “Who ultimately writes the story?”, which invites readers to consider whose voices are heard, whose are missing, and how storytelling can foster greater understanding.
